This morning i ate breakfast at KFC with my mother,then we went to NTUC to buy something and bla bla...
As she wanted to go to cut hair afterwards,she gave me the house key and i make my way back home under the RAIN for it was raining heavily.
Do you know something?!
It was so SHIOK to be once again under the rain(the last time was like 2 or 3 years ago)!!!!
You must be thinking why don't i wait till the rain retreat before i walk home?
The reason was that I NEED TO RUSH BACK HOME,get my own things done and reach my workplace as early as possible to settle an incident.
What was the incident about?
Everything goes backwards(rewinding)
Yesterday,a customer came to exchange clothings,she and her friends demanded us to top up for her as the clothes are of different price.
We were already very kind to give her a discount,but she insisted to pay only $9.90 when she was actually supposed to pay $29.90.
HEY,we only have an EXCHANGE POLICY,NOT A REFUND POLICY.
My colleague and i were very polite to them initially,but as they became more and more unreasonable,we started losing our patience to them.
That irksome bunch of B****** even forcibly occuppied our workplace phone.
We needed the line for the transactions as there were other customers queueing to make payments,but that SB just wont let go of the phone whereas her friends told us to just settle everything in the shop.
The problem was,it's not us who didn't wanted to get things settled out quickly,it was THEM who wanted to find trouble with us,started the commotion and dragged it.
Before they walked off,they took our boss's contact number and our names.
After the fight,my colleague and i were seething with anger.
After a while we gave each other a rueful smile and started to laugh.
Though we are kind of regret what we had done,we both felt euphoria about the incident as it was the first time ever we raised our voice towards customers.
I was not supposed to work today,but because im involved in the fight,i had to also be present so as to explain to my boss.
In the end,my colleague was the one who did most of the explanation (i felt so guilty)
What you cannot imagine is that my boss actually scolded that customer ASS during the explanation part (my colleague and i broke into silent giggles)
He also said that if next time anything like that happened again,just call the security and say someone is causing a nuisance in our shop and let the security guard chase them out,embarrass them.
WOO HOO!
At first i had thought that he would scold us,but he didn't even blame us at all!
What a relief~

Joscelyn and i played with the cards and asked about the incident.
Both of us gotten 'don't risk if you cannot afford to bear the consequences.'
